谢赫·伊萨·本·萨勒曼酋长大桥（Shaikh Isa bin Salman Bridge），连接巴林（Bahrain）首都麦纳麦（Manama）和穆哈拉格岛（Muharraq Island）的公路斜拉桥，以巴林国当时的元首命名。

　　该桥主桥长255米，主跨120米，桥宽34米，双向各3车道，支撑斜拉索两个塔柱和大桥主梁均为钢筋混凝土建造。该桥1993年动工兴建，1997年1月4日建成通车。

　　穆哈拉格岛（阿拉伯文：جزيرة المحرق‎）是巴林仅次于巴林岛的第二大岛屿，以同名城市的名字命名。巴林国际机场（Bahrain International Airport）和美军驻巴林穆哈拉格空军基地均位于该岛上。
